DWC’s general-aviation conditions require the operator to contract an approved FBO before using the airport. They also require the aircraft to meet published climb gradients in the prevailing conditions, with payload adjusted when necessary. DXB is considered only when that operation is accepted. If the journey connects between DWC and DXB, passengers must clear passport control, collect baggage and arrange a landside transfer. The final Dubai district therefore matters to the airport and vehicle plan from the outset.
