Swiss Jet Office arranges the ground journey with selected local transport partners. Flight timing, private terminal, final address, passengers and luggage are coordinated in one brief.
Plan flight and ground transfer
We arrange pick-up at the agreed private terminal or airport meeting point and coordinate the journey to a hotel, office, residence, marina or alpine destination. Return transfers, multiple stops, waiting time and intercity journeys can be included.
Passenger count, luggage, child seats, accessibility needs, route and preferred vehicle class shape the selection. We request a suitable licensed local transport partner and confirm the proposed vehicle category before booking. Swiss Jet Office does not present these vehicles as an owned fleet.
A female chauffeur, also described by some travellers as Lady Drive or Lady Driver service, can be requested as a preference. The request is shared only with suitable local partners and remains subject to local availability and written confirmation.
Arrival time, flight updates made available to us, meeting instructions and the onward schedule are brought together with the flight brief. The confirmed proposal identifies the ground transport partner, service scope, price, included waiting time and applicable cancellation terms.
Share the flight or airport, date, local time, pick-up point, destination, passenger and luggage count, required stops and any chauffeur preference. Availability is confirmed for the specific journey and is not guaranteed until accepted in writing.
