Plan your flight and transfer
We arrange pick-up at the agreed private terminal or airport meeting point and coordinate the journey to a hotel, office, residence, marina or alpine destination. Return transfers, multiple stops, waiting time and intercity journeys can be included.
We select a suitable licensed local transport partner based on your passenger numbers, luggage, child seats, accessibility needs, route and preferred vehicle. We confirm the vehicle category before booking. Vehicles are provided by our transport partners.
You can request a female chauffeur. We share your preference only with suitable local transport partners. Availability depends on the location and must be confirmed in writing.
We coordinate your arrival time, available flight updates, meeting instructions and onward journey. Your quote identifies the transport provider, services, price, included waiting time and cancellation terms.
Tell us your flight or airport, date, local time, pick-up point, destination, number of passengers, luggage, planned stops and any chauffeur preference. Availability is confirmed for your journey and is not guaranteed until accepted in writing.
